Change: VERDICT-Opinion- REALLYVERY NICEGOOD but needslacks something. Perhaps more nettles but trial and error will produce an excellent dish. If it contained chick peas and was cooked in ghee or vegetable ghee this would be exceedingly tasty. Nettles might also work well in curried lamb or goat.
