TWO WORKS- below- Pastoral Scene and Westbourne Park 2000- almost certainly inspired Banksy to produce conspicuously similar work. Mine Predate his related works- and were shown at The Brickhouse Gallery- Brick Lane, London, 2000- while Banksy was fairly unknown- He was incredibly active in Brick Lane at that time- and a very conspicuous presence- He would not have missed our exhibition- as the gallery exterior had been heavily targeted by him-

Banksy's variations appeared three years after mine were shown at The Brickhouse Gallery- in the 'Tenants at the Brickhouse' exhibition of Art by members of Westminster Housing Co-op, in year 2000. Banksy's Wikipedia entry says- "2003....He has moved on to producing subverted paintings.... adapted to include urban detritus..."
